9-11: Emergency Relief Benefit Book Signing Tour Visits Baltimore

On Thursday, January 31 from 7pm - 9pm at Atomic Books, 1100 West 36th Street in Hampden, a book signing to benefit victims of the 9-11 terrorist attack will be held.

9-11: Emergency Relief is a comic book project to benefit the American Red Cross, and it features some of the comic world's leading talents. In all, over 80 cartoonists from all areas of the cartooning world have joined together in this effort. Alternative Comics has published the cartoonists' personal non-fiction accounts of their experiences related to the tragedy in 9-11: Emergency Relief. All profits from sales of the 208-page $14.95 trade paperbackwill be donated to the American Red Cross general fund.

Attending the Baltimore book signing will be noted cartoonists Frank Cho (a Baltimorean!), Brian Clopper, Neil Kleid, A. David Lewis, K. Thor Jensen, James Anthony Kuhoric, Danny Donovan, Greg LaRocque, and Jason Narvaez.
