   Beware Phony Conservatives

An Open Letter to Senator Kyl (and all your associates in Congress):

Beware Phony Conservatives

by Dick Fojut

Senator Kyl:

As you are aware, I've been a supporter of Constitution-adhering Conservatives for over 50 years—and I do NOT defend the tin pot Iraqi dictator! But this planned unnecessary WAR on Iraq is WRONG!

I am dismayed YOU (and a compliant majority in Congress) have callously joined the FRENZY of Iraq-hating Ariel Sharon (who possesses the third or fourth largest WMD nuclear arsenal in the entire world) and Bush's insane key Chicken Hawk MIS-advisors, the American "Likudniks" Perle and Wolfowitz (Sharon's "moles"). These devious, phony "conservatives" (misguiding Bush what to think and say), DEMAND we immediately start SLAUGHTERING thousands of innocent people in an already devastated, weak Iraq that is NO THREAT to our country—or any nation near it!

If Iraq is an IMMINENT military threat, as Wolfowitz just charged, why are war zealots Perle and Wolfowitz also convinced that Iraq is so weak, they predict a military "cake walk?" Iraq's poorly equipped army is now only one-third Gulf War size, its rusting planes and tanks minus spare parts.
