The “Druzhba” pipeline, which previously transported Russian oil to Europe, is no longer operational. The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned aerial systems (UAS) have completely destroyed it, reports Baltimore Chronicle, citing the Telegram channel of Commander Robert Brovdi, who goes by the call sign “Magyar.” According to him, the “Druzhba” pipeline is “taking a rest,” and oil pumping has been halted indefinitely.
The commander further clarified that the “Nikolskoe” pumping station in the Tambov region of Russia was struck by the “Ptykh” drones from the 14th UAS Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The operation took place on the evening of August 18.
