Zelensky appointed a commissioner of the AMCU

President Vladimir Zelensky appointed Denis Klyushnikov to the position of state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reports, the corresponding decree No. 852/2023 dated December 25 was published on the website of the head of state.

“To appoint Denis Gennadievich Klyushnikov as a state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine,” the document says.

As Ukrinform reported, on December 22, Zelensky dismissed Maxim Sandyga from the post of state commissioner of the AMCU.

Klyushnikov was born in 1978 in Ilovaisk, Donetsk region. Graduated from the Donetsk State Institute of Health, Physical Education and Sports. In 2006, he qualified as a lawyer at the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise.

He worked in the prosecutor's offices of Donetsk and Kyiv regions, as well as in the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.

On November 19, 2019, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
