The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court for the application of sanctions in the form of recovery of two aircraft of the Russian company Ilyushion Finance Co. into state revenue.
As Ukrinform reports, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reported this on Facebook.
“The Ministry of Justice filed another lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction in the form of recovery of assets for state income. The Ministry of Justice requests to apply the sanction provided for in paragraph 1-1 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions” to Ilyushn Finance Co. JSC,” the message says.
The ministry notes that Ilyushion Finance Co. JSC is a specialized company that is part of the Rostec state corporation and is responsible for the functional area in the field of leasing, maintenance management and sales of aircraft manufactured at Russian aircraft factories.
According to the Ministry of Justice, at the beginning and during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, Ilyushion Finance Co. JSC systematically cooperates with the top political leadership of Russia and participates in the logistics of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, and also contributes to the top political leadership of Russia in countering the sanctions restrictions applied in the Russian Federation due to the outbreak of an aggressive war against Ukraine.
It is clarified that the subject of recovery for state revenue are two An-148-100E medium-haul passenger aircraft.
As reported, at the beginning of December 2023, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose sanctions on four collaborators from the Kherson region.
