The United States handed over 16 grain trucks to Ukrainian farmers in December – Brink

США у грудні передали українським фермерам 16 зерновозів - Брінк

In December, the United States handed over 16 grain carriers to Ukrainian farmers, allowing them to increase grain transportation volumes.

This was announced by the US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.

“We continue to support Ukrainian farmers, having delivered 16 grain trucks this month alone. These trailers will increase grain collection and unloading volumes, increasing throughput by 31,400 tons per year, supporting Ukrainian farmers, agricultural companies and the Ukrainian economy,” the US Ambassador wrote.

Brink previously reported that as of December 20, 305 ships passed through the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor, transporting more than 10 million tons of grain and other cargo.

As reported, in August Ukraine opened a temporary corridor for merchant ships to leave the ports of Yuzhny, Odessa and Chernomorsk. At the same time, the Russian Federation continues to attack the port infrastructure of Ukraine.
