Receiving help from Western partners is critically necessary.
Ukraine expects that the administration of the President of the United States will fulfill its assurances and all necessary decisions to provide assistance will be made.
Finance Minister Sergei said this on the telethon Marchenko.
He noted that receiving help from Western partners is critically necessary.
“Of course, this is critical, but I would not say that we will not pass, or decisions will not be made “That is, we believe that decisions will be made, and now we have received all the necessary assurances from the administration that decisions will be made. There are several options for how this can be implemented,” Marchenko said.
In addition, the minister expressed hope that Ukraine will receive the necessary assistance from Western partners.
“About plans, if we have difficulties, we will contact the countries that have given assurances regarding the International Monetary Fund program and talk with them in terms of increasing their package, their part of assistance to Ukraine,” said Marchenko.
We recall that it was previously reported that the relevant committees of the European Parliamentsupported the decision on a multi-year financial assistance program for Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion euro.
In addition, we previously informed that the EU may revise the amount of 50 billion aid to Ukraine upward.
