In Ukraine, the general trend of increasing salaries and vacancies continues.

Director of the State Employment Center Yulia Zhovtyak said this in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
According to her, approximately 50 thousand vacancies are relevant every day. This is almost twice as much as in 2023 year.
Zhovtyak noted that at present some specialists may not worry about finding a job, since there are enough vacancies for them. We are talking primarily about:

- accountants
- drivers
- medics
- loaders
- cooks
- teachers
- educators
- car mechanics
- psychologists
- turners
- seamstresses

- pharmacists
Employers are also actively looking for construction workers, but there are certain problems with this: many men left or were mobilized, so demand exceeds supply. There is already a shortage of personnel, and in the near future the problem will worsen.
As for salaries, the average amount of payments for vacancies offered on the Unified Portal is 19 thousand hryvnia.
“However, there is proposals for seamstresses, who are willing to pay 45,100 hryvnia, for drivers – 50 thousand hryvnia,” said Yulia Zhovtyak.
Earlier, the State Labor Service reported that Ukrainian employers should again index salaries to their employees in accordance with the level of inflation.
In addition, Ukraine plans to increase pensions. The increase is planned from the first days of spring and will affect 10 million Ukrainians in total.
