In the Pension Fund reported on the procedure for recalculating pensions for working pensioners

Wages for calculating pensions do not change.

The Pension Fund reported on the procedure for recalculatingpensions persons who continued to work and, as of March 1, 2024, acquired 24 months of insurance experience, or who worked for less than 24 months.

This is stated inmessageof the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

The message indicates that wages for calculating pensions do not change.

“If, as of March 1, 2024, at least 24 months of insurance experience have been acquired, recalculation is carried out taking into account the insurance experience. In this case, the pension can be calculated from the earnings with which the pension was calculated when assigning it or preliminary recalculation, or, if appropriate, taken into account in including earnings that a person received while working after the assignment/preliminary recalculation of a pension,” the message says.

The date for recalculating pensions for working pensioners is April 1, 2024. At the same time, the recalculation will be made after the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance receives information on the payment of a single contribution for the first quarter of 2024 (the deadline for submitting reports is May 10). That is, approximately in June, pensioners who will be recalculated will receive increased pension payments and additional payments for previous months, starting from April 1.

At the same time, working pensioners receiving a long-service pension will receive such a recalculation in case they have reached retirement age.

We would like to remind you that it was previously reported that some Ukrainian pensioners need to undergo identification.

In addition, we previously informed that that PFU explained to whom pensions in Ukraine will be increased and by how much.
