Ukraine continues to pay benefits to IDPs.
In Ukraine, the additional cash program has been extended < strong>help for pensionersliving in areas of active or possible hostilities for another 3 months.
This is stated on the website of the PFU.
Pensioners in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Lugansk, Nikolaev, Sumy, Kharkov, Kherson and Chernigov regions can receive help. To do this, they must meet the following requirements:
- receive a pension in the amount of less than 3250 UAH
- live in territories of active or possible hostilities
- have not received On March 1, 2023, additional cash payments from international organizations and/or residence allowances to internally displaced persons
- who meet the conditions of the program will receive payments from WFP in an amount equal to the difference between UAH 3,250 and the pension amount that they receive now.
The corresponding pensioner support program has been in effect in Ukraine since August 2023.
Ukraine will continue to pay financial assistance for living expenses to internally displaced people persons (IDPs), despite the lack of financial assistance from Western countries.
