This list also includes regions where active military operations are taking place and clashes with the enemy continue:Donetsk, Kharkov, Nikolaev regions. In all likelihood, this is due to increased risks for suppliers and economic instability.

Average growth rates price indices were noted in the following regions: Volyn, Kiev, Rivne, Ternopil, Kherson, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

The smallest increase in consumer price indices, which did not reach 100.9 %, observed in the following regions: Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Sumy, Khmelnitsky, Cherkassy and Chernihiv.

In Sumy and Cherkassy regions, even a negative level of consumer prices is observed by April – 99.7%.

Recall that the annual World Happiness Report has recognized Finland as the happiest country in the world for the seventh year already. Ukraine, meanwhile, fell 13 steps over the year and took 105th place in the ranking.
