To conduct a survey on corruption in Ukraine, NAPC allocated more than 1.7 million UAH
National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) allocated more than 1.7 million hryvnia for conducting a standard survey on corruption in Ukraine.
The tender was posted in the electronic public procurement system “ProZorro”.
The announcement was published on June 18, 2024. The expected cost of purchasing NAPC is UAH 1,740,700.
It is noted that surveys will be conducted throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories and combat zones) for up to 45 calendar days, no earlier than September 15, 2024.
NAPK chose July 4 The winner of the purchase was the company INFO SAPIENS LLC with a proposal for the cost of the service – 1,736,766 hryvnia. This is the only company that submitted a proposal for this tender.
According to the Youcontrol analytical system, INFO SAPIENCE LLC was registered in 2018 in Kyiv. The main activity is researching market conditions and identifying public opinion. The director of INFO SAPIENS LLC is Dmitry Savchuk.
The company's website notes that “Info Sapiens” is a research agency specializing in conducting public opinion research, behavioral measurements and analyzing data from secondary sources.
