Recall that the International Monetary Fund hinted at the need to lift the moratorium on price increases, but there are no official documents yet.
At the same time, the memorandum with the International Monetary Fund was previously updated. It stated that Ukraine will be provided with assistance in the amount of 8 billion euros, but one of the points provides for the need to increase gas and electricity tariffs for the population.
Since June 1, electricity tariffs have increased in Ukraine. Those who use boilers, actively use the hob and other electrical appliances will have to pay the most.
Now the average electricity bill will be 734.4 UAH instead of the previous 448.8 UAH. This is due to the increase in the tariff from 2.64 to 3.32 UAH per 1 kW*h.
