The funds will be received along with their pension in August on a specific payment date.
Ukrainians will receive a one-time cash payment for Independence Day along with their pension in August. We are talking about 471 thousand pensioners.
This was reported by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
As noted by the PFU, pensioners entitled to payment on Independence Day will receive it along with their pension in August on a specific payment date.
The fund transfers funds for payment of assistance to military personnel and other persons belonging to war veterans who are serving and are not pensioners, based on submitted applications to the accounts of military units, institutions, and organizations where these people are serving.
Other people entitled to assistance who are not pensioners and are not in service are paid funds upon their requests to the PFU. There you need to provide documents confirming the right to such payment, and information about the current account opened in the name of the person in an authorized bank.
The Pension Fund noted that you can submit an application/statement for a one-time cash payment for Independence Day until October 1, 2024.
By the way, the Pension Fund previously warned from which pensioners and why the state has the right to take up to 20% of their pension.
