The highest official salary is received in IT.
The average salary of employees officially working in Ukraine increased in the second quarter to UAH 20,964, while in the first quarter it was UAH 18,903.
This is evidenced by data from the State Statistics Service.
The highest salaries are in the following industries:
IT and telecommunications – UAH 50,100 (in the first quarter – 49,500 UAH)
air transport – 43,400 UAH (in the first quarter – 34,700 UAH)
financial and insurance sector – 39,900 UAH (in the first quarter – 39,100 UAH)
The lowest salaries are received by workers in the field of creativity, art and entertainment – 12,791 UAH, as well as in the field of libraries, archives, museums and other cultural institutions – 12,802 UAH.
In education, the average salary is 15,076 UAH.
Earlier it became known that in 2025 the minimum wage and subsistence minimum will remain at the level of December 2024.
