Technical inspection of in-house gas networks and gas equipment has been reinstated in Ukraine.
In Ukraine, regional gas companies have ceased to be responsible for the gas network after the pipe enters the building. They have also resumed inspection of in-house gas networks and equipment.

Violations were recorded in a number of houses. Perhaps the results of the inspections will affect the amounts in gas receipts. Until 2024, the cost of technical maintenance was not included in payments. This year, specialists from Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine conducted inspections of 10.7 thousand apartment buildings and discovered 20 thousand cases of gas leaks in the entrances.
And, of course, a contract is required to perform such work. It is either concluded with any company that has a license, or such a contract is automatically concluded with Gazseti.
In some cases, an inspection may lead to a recalculation of the amounts in the bills. We are talking about cases of interference with the operation of the meter.
You will have to pay from 50 to 5,000 UAH for 2024. For example, in Fastiv, the average payment for a house on ul. Kievskaya, 5, is only 73.42 UAH per apartment per year. And in Boryspil, on ul. Baydy-Vyshnevetsky, 10, the payment per apartment will be 4.7 thousand UAH per year. If we divide the cost by a year, we will see that the monthly payment will be from 6 to 391 UAH.
Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, debts for utilities have increased by a third. The largest number of defaulters are in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
