The National Bank has set the official exchange rate for Tuesday, October 1. The dollar gained 5 kopecks. The euro soared by 20 kopecks, and the zloty gained 3 kopecks.

As reported, the National Bank of Ukraine sets restrictions on card transfers from October 1. They will only apply to outgoing transfers to accounts of other individuals, as well as all client accounts in one bank.
