The National Bank set the official exchange rate for Wednesday, October 23. The dollar continues to rise. The euro and zloty have lost value.

- 1 US dollar – 41.28 (+5 kopecks)
Euro exchange rate
- 1 euro – 44.70 UAH (-11 kopecks)
Zloty exchange rate
- 1 Polish zloty – 10.35 UAH (- 2 kopecks)
As reported, Pensions will be increased in Ukraine next year. There will be two stages of increasing social benefits.
