A thousand from Zelensky: who won't get money

A thousand from Zelensky: who will not receive money

Ukrainians will receive assistance from the state in December.

In Ukraine, from December 1, thanks to the new “ePidtrimka” program, it will be possible to receive one thousand hryvnias of financial support. However, not everyone will be able to receive the funds.

This is stated in the material of RBC.Ukraine.

It is noted that the publication managed to clarify that, given the previous programs to support the population during the COVID period, no more than 15 million people will join the new “ePidtrimka” program. Ukrainians who are outside the country will be deprived of this support.

“Those who currently live abroad as refugees will not be able to receive money. Their transfer will be carried out after verification of the applicant's location,” the publication says.

It should be noted that the program for allocating a thousand hryvnias of assistance (i.e., making a corresponding decision by the Cabinet of Ministers) is planned to be fully legally formalized by mid-November. Thus, people had until December 1 to apply for “National Cashback” cards.

Recall that on October 25, in his evening address, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the new “ePidtrimka” program. These funds can be spent on paying for Ukrainian goods and services, in particular, utilities, train tickets, or Ukrainian-made medicines.
