Denys Shmyhal said that the application can be submitted through “Diyu” during the winter.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved a program under which all Ukrainians will receive 1 thousand hryvnia. The funds can be spent during 2025.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a government meeting.
The third winter is approaching, which we will experience in conditions of a full-scale war. The state is preparing a comprehensive package of winter support for families,” he said.
According to the prime minister, the first step has already been initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“This is a winter support program. Every Ukrainian man and woman will receive a thousand hryvnia to pay for Ukrainian services and some Ukrainian goods,” Shmyhal said.
The prime minister said that applications can be submitted through Diia during the winter.
“The payments will go to the National Cashback card, and the person will be able to spend the funds during 2025,” he said.
