The National Bank has set the official exchange rate for Thursday, October 31. The value of the dollar has decreased, while the euro and zloty have increased.

- 1 US dollar – 41.27 (-10 kopecks)
Euro exchange rate
- 1 euro – 44.63 UAH (+4 kopecks)
Zloty exchange rate
- 1 Polish zloty – 10.27 UAH (+1 kopeck)
