 Ukraine to increase electricity transmission tariff by 25%: who will pay more

Business will have to pay UAH 665.26 per MW/hour.

The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NKREKU) approved a draft resolution on increasing the electricity transmission tariff for 2025 by 25.8% to UAH 665.26/MWh.

This became known following a meeting of the commission.

The new tariff does not apply to households and ordinary Ukrainians, but businesses will have to pay UAH 665.26 per MWh.

Earlier it was reported that in the spring of 2025, the tariff for electricity for Ukrainians may increase to UAH 4.7 per kilowatt-hour.
