Prices for popular fruits and vegetables have fallen in Ukraine: what you should stock up on

An increase in supply for certain items has led to a decrease in prices.

Prices in Ukraine for products such as cabbage, potatoes, pumpkins, cucumbers, onions, and some citrus fruits have fallen.

This is reported by analysts of the EastFruit project.

yes, cucumbers have become cheaper for the first time in a month and a half. They are now being sold for 90-110 UAH/kg, although a week earlier cucumbers cost 100-125 UAH/kg.

Also, against the background of low demand, the lower price limit and wholesale price of onions have decreased to 10 UAH (last week it was 13 UAH/kg).

The same situation is with potatoes – the lower price limit has fallen from 22 to 20 UAH.

Ukrainian pumpkin has also become cheaper. It is now sold at 15-10 UAH/kg, although a week earlier wholesale prices were at the level of 17-25 UAH/kg.

Chinese cabbage has risen in price from 30-35 UAH/kg to 38-40 UAH/kg, and cauliflower has fallen in price from 90-110 UAH/kg to 70-100 UAH/kg.

Greens have become cheaper: dill costs 100-150 UAH/kg, and lettuce – 40-80 UAH/kg.

Prices for oranges have fallen from 75-80 UAH/kg to 50-75 UAH/kg, and lemons now cost 53-60 UAH/kg.

Recall that experts previously warned about “space” prices for certain products.
