Before the New Year, the value of the currency increased significantly.
The National Bank set the official exchange rate for Tuesday, December 31. On the last day of the year, the dollar, euro and zloty soared rapidly.

Dollar exchange rate
- 1 US dollar – 42.03 (+11 kopecks)
Euro exchange rate
- 1 euro – 43.92 (+18 kopecks)
Zloty exchange rate
- 1 Polish zloty – 10.29 (+7 kopecks)
Recall that the director of the investment company Dragon Capital Tomas Fiala assessed whether the dollar could grow to 46-47 UAH next year. In particular, according to him, it is beneficial for the NBU to keep the exchange rate fairly stable.
