Problems with accrual are observed in stores and pharmacies.
In Ukrainelast year, the “National Cashback” program was launched. Under the program, citizens can receive financial compensation in the amount of 10% of the cost of purchased Ukrainian-made goods. But there are cases when the cashback is not credited.
This was reported by “24 Channel”.
“National Cashback” might not have been credited if:
- the cash register of the store where the purchase was made might not have been configured to participate in the program;
- the purchased product is not registered in the program (you can check on the website in the list of manufacturers and products or using the barcode scanner in the “Action” mobile application);
- the “Made in Ukraine” marking on the product is not mandatory and does not guarantee that it is a participant in the “National Cashback” program;
- the seller from whom the purchase was made is not registered in the program (you can check this in the list of sellers on the website to make sure that the store is participating in the program);
- there was a failure in the terminal.
As reported, 10 million Ukrainians have already applied for a payment of UAH 1,000 under the “Winter Cashback” program. Over the past month and a half, almost half of all users of the “Action” application have submitted applications, and almost 2.5 million citizens have applied for payments for children.
