Rents for one-room apartments in Ukraine have changed. In some cities it has become more expensive, and in others it has become cheaper.
This is reported by Oboz.ua, citing analysts.
Over the past six months, prices have grown the most in Ivano-Frankivsk — by 16%, to an average of UAH 14,000.
In total, over six months, rental prices for one-room apartments have grown in the range of 1-16%. In addition to Ivano-Frankivsk, renting such apartments has become more expensive:
- Odesa — by 14%
- Lviv — by 9%
- Khmelnytskyi — by 5%
- Vinnytsia — by 4%
- Kyiv — by 1%
Prices have decreased only in two cities — by 9% in both. We are talking about Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro.
At the same time, there was no price change in other cities.
According to analysts, you can rent a one-room apartment in Ukraine for between 4,000 and 19,000 UAH. The cheapest is in Kharkov, on average 4,000 UAH. Among the leaders: Nikolaev, Zaporozhye – on average 5,000 UAH, Chernihiv – 6,250 UAH.
The highest prices were recorded in Uzhgorod – on average 19,000 UAH, as well as in Lviv – on average 16,900 UAH, Kyiv – 16,000 UAH.
