The Antimonopoly Committee lifted the disqualification of the second participant in the auction for the management of the Gulliver shopping center

Антимонопольний комітет скасував дискваліфікацію другого учасника аукціону на управління ТЦ Gulliver

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has cancelled the decision of the National Agency for Asset Search and Management to reject the second participant in the tender for the management of the Gulliver shopping center. ARMA is preparing to appeal.

The head of the National Agency, Elena Duma, reported this in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“The AMCU has decided to cancel the decision of the ARMA to reject the tender offer of the consortium “Management Company “Esplanada”, which is associated by the media and the public with the owner of the seized asset. This is a very alarming call,” the statement says.

The Duma noted that the National Agency is currently studying all the materials and details and will subsequently form an official position on this decision.

She stressed that ARMA will not allow the management of company assets associated with sanctioned owners of such assets.

Earlier, hromadske investigators reported that the winner of the auction for the manager of one of the largest shopping centers in Kyiv – the Gulliver shopping center – has a connection with its real owner.

After this, ARMA contacted law enforcement agencies.

As reported, the National Agency for Asset Search and Management (ARMA) rejected the tender offer of another participant in the competition for the management of the Gulliver shopping center in Kyiv. Earlier, the tender offer of BC Millennium LLC was rejected.
