The US dollar has gained in value.
The National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rate for Tuesday, March 4. Thus, compared to the previous day, the value of the US dollar has increased by 16 kopecks and is 41.59 hryvnia.

Earlier, it was said that the long-term strengthening of the hryvnia suddenly stopped. Moreover, the dollar exchange rate has quickly gone up since March 1 after the unsuccessful conclusion of negotiations between Ukrainian and American presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump on February 28. We are talking about the cash market, because the interbank market did not work over the weekend. According to financial analysts, if not for the “black swan” from Trump, the hryvnia would have continued to strengthen.
