As of March 2025, the Unified Register of Debtors contains over 9 million debts. During the system downtime, since December 2024, the number of proceedings increased by 1.9% or 164,304 records. For comparison, over the previous six months, the increase was 4.2%.

Which debts grew the fastest?
- Special confiscation – the collection of property by court order in criminal cases where compensation is not provided – increased by 14%.
- Compensatory seizure – property that became the instrument or object of a crime – increased by 7%.
- The recovery of property under an enforcement document increased by 9%.
The most common reasons for being included in the Registry are:
- Fines for traffic violations – 1.9 million (21.4% of the total).
- Debts for administrative violations – 1.8 million (20%).
- Collection in favor of the state budget – 1.6 million (18%).

Which regions lead in terms of the number of debtors?
- Dnepropetrovsk region – 973,185 debts (11% of the total).
- Kyiv – 633,286 debts (7%).
- Kharkiv region – 620,211 debts (7%).
- Odessa region – 525210 debts.
- Donetsk region – 521,062 debt.
Let us recall that the Verkhovna Rada Committee received complaints from citizens that some exchange offices in Ukraine set different dollar exchange rates depending on the year of its issue.
