The Verkhovna Rada supported the first draft law to improve the national market visibility and technical regulation system to the extent possible of the EU, which intends to provide market visibility for the products that are sold via the Internet.
People's Deputy from the parliamentary faction “Voice” Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
Legislative initiative No. 12426 was supported by 286 people’s deputies.
The bill proposes to implement the norms of EU Regulation No. 305/2011 1020 in national legislation on sovereign market visibility.
Zokrem aims to provide market visibility for products that are sold via the Internet or other methods of distance trading.
In this case, the procedure for verifying the characteristics of products that are put on the market through online trading and other methods of distance trading is clearly regulated.
It appears that the sovereign market supervision is the activity of the market supervision bodies to ensure the consistency of products to the established authorities, as well as to ensure the absence of threats to vested interests.
It is clear that by the approach of the sovereign market view:
1) verification of product characteristics, including the selection of different products and their examination (testing);
2) interim (coregual) entries, which include:
- exchange of products on the market;
- withdrawal of products from the market;
- production of products from obigu;
- clicking on products;
3) control will become a decision on the implementation of interim (correctional) approaches;

It turns out that the law of the secure development of the sovereign market view is within the reach of the EU, so that we can accept further accelerated integration processes closer to the Ukrainian market until the internal market of the EU and the establishment of the ACAA (“industrial non-importance”) between Ukraine and the EU, as well as ensure proper protection of common interests and create the basis for fair competition.
