Exclusive The National Agency for Asset Management (ARMA) recently concluded 10 agreements with the possibility of competitions for the management of seized assets. Another 14 agreements were submitted to the competition for orders from the Cabinet of Ministers.
The head of the National Agency, Olena Duma, spoke about this in a comment to Ukrinform.
“In the report for 2024, we have 9 significant agreements under which asset management agreements have been established. One of them won two competitions, resulting in 10 contracts. This means that these managers have gone through all possible procedures, insights, as well as matrimony. In addition, another 14 agreements were concluded with the managers, who were selected for the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers in a special manner without competition,” the Duma said.
Vaughn emphasized that the final selection of managers of critical infrastructure subjects, including in the energy sector, and in the defense industry sector.
“These are factories, industries, factories that produced the basics of the main Galuzian central bodies of the Vikonavian rule and for them managers were selected without competitive procedures,” added the employee of the National Agency.
In addition, as many as 30 management agreements that were valid until 2024 were re-engaged, and the points were not met for the obligatory payment of the guarantee payment to the budget. The opposite is true for this purpose.
An employee of the department said that over the past year, 89 contracts have been concluded through competitions for the assessment of assets, which precedes the competitive procedure for selecting a manager.
“I would like to point out that throughout the entire history of ARMA’s activities, a total of 19 contracts for evaluation were concluded, and 2024 people voted for 224 tenders for the search for an appraiser. This means that we will immediately have more than 200 selected asset managers,” added Olena Duma.
As reported, ARMA has hired a manager for the Budinka vocational training center in the center of Kiev. The winner of the competition was the consortium “Management Company “KAMPARITET”.
