At the call of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the court seized the assets of the sanctioned BAT “Biloruskali” into the state's income.
The press service of the Ministry of Justice reported this, Ukrinform reports.
“The court satisfied the proposals of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to VAT “Biloruskaliy” in order to establish sanctions in the form of a reduction in the income of the state of the assets of the sanctioned person,” says the representative.
It is indicated that this enterprise is the leading state producer of potassium minerals in Belarus and one of the largest payers of contributions to the budget of the Republic of Belarus, which is completely controlled by its political at the top, including the completely self-proclaimed President Oleksandr Lukashenko.
The Ministry of Justice confirmed that VAT “Beloruskaliy” with its actions is promoting the war against Ukraine – directly, through financial-state mutual transactions with enterprises military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation and the occupation “administrations” of the self-proclaimed “DPR” and “LPR”.
In addition, the company provided transport facilities and accommodation for the transfer of Ukrainian children transported from TOT to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and also took part in the organization of financial transactions, directly in support of Russia's policy by denying the right of the Ukrainian people to self-identification.
It is probable that until the decision of the VAC, over 70 thousand were added to the state's income. tons of potassium chloride, 250 million UAH, 1,545 railcars, 48% of the statutory capital of AGROROZKVIT LLC.
Also, according to the decisions of the court, the enterprise was granted the right to compensation for the property of the Primus mine.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine initiated a legal process to reduce the state's income from the assets of Biloruskali.
