Paris Jackson has reportedly received $65 million from Michael Jackson’s estate, executors say, rejecting her claims of mismanagement and “money skimming.”

Paris Jackson, the 27-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson, has reportedly received around $65 million in benefits from her late father’s estate, according to new court filings by its executors. The documents were submitted in response to the singer’s recent legal claims that lawyers had been “skimming money” from the trust, reports Baltimore Chronicle citing People Magazine.

Executors John Branca and John McClain rejected Paris Jackson’s accusations of financial mismanagement, insisting she has profited significantly under their administration. “Few have benefited more from the Executors’ business judgment than Petitioner herself, who has received roughly $65 million from the Estate in benefits,” the filing stated. The documents added that such wealth “would never have been achieved had the Executors followed a typical playbook for an estate like this one in July 2009.”

The filing further referenced previous praise from a judge, emphasizing that Michael Jackson’s estate was initially burdened with “nothing but debt and substantial ongoing obligations.” It claimed the estate has since been transformed “into a $2 billion powerhouse and a force in the music business today.”

Following Michael Jackson’s death in June 2009, the beneficiaries of his estate were named as his three children: sons Prince and Bigi (formerly Blanket), and daughter Paris. Despite the King of Pop’s immense musical influence, his financial condition at the time of death was reportedly chaotic, with mounting debts and multiple contractual obligations.

Representatives for Paris Jackson have not yet issued a comment regarding the latest court filing.
