How to avoid becoming a victim of scammers
- Do not click on dubious links. The only official websites of Ukrposhta are https://www.ukrposhta.ua/ru and the online store: https://postmark.ukrposhta.ua/Receive information about the arrival of your parcel only on the official website of Ukrposhta or in the application.
- Check that the site URL is correct before entering data – even the slightest discrepancy can mean that the user has landed on a phishing site. Do not share verification codes with third parties. Do not open messages that you consider suspicious.
“If you have nevertheless entered your data and/or the details of your payment cards on phishing sites, we recommend that you immediately contact the technical support of your bank,” says the Ukrposhta message.
