It is noted that the corresponding purchase and sale agreement has been concluded. The proceeds will be used to satisfy the claims of creditors of Bank Sich, which is being liquidated by the Guarantee Fund.
“The last successful auction for the sale of Shchekavitsa was held on December 27, 2023. This was the 18th attempt to sell assets. Let us remind you that the previous auction also ended successfully, but then the winner did not pay for the lot. The results of the sale were canceled and the auction was declared invalid. As a result, a guarantee fee was collected from the auction participant, and the assets were re-offered for a new round of bidding,” the message says.
The sale price at the end of the last auction was almost 500 thousand hryvnia higher than the previous winning bid.
Two participants took part in the auction on December 27, which was held according to the English model. Despite the fact that the starting price of the lot was UAH 15.2 million, the winning bid was more than UAH 16 million.
Remember
The asset was first put up for sale on March 1, 2023. The following were sold in one lot:
- the building of the Shchekavitsa restaurant in Kiev Podol; almost 3.5 thousand fixed assets; trademark (marks for goods and services) Schekavica.
The Shchekavitsa restaurant, with a total area of almost 885 sq.m., has more than 10 rooms, stylized in the atmosphere of a Ukrainian village. Unfortunately, during the time the restaurant was not open, the flavor was lost. But the location of the building makes it an attractive option for an investor interested in running a restaurant business.
Among the fixed assets put up for auction as part of the lot are, in particular:
- restaurant tableware; furniture; professional kitchen equipment.
