Since the beginning of the “єOselya” program, more than 7,600 Ukrainian families have taken out loans for the purchase of housing, and six families have taken out loans for the purchase of private houses. Banks issued a total of UAH 11.6 billion in mortgage loans. This is reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

Over the past week, 193 Ukrainians took out loans.
“We see significant demand for the program among Ukrainians; last week alone, almost 200 families received loans, 30% of which were on the terms of a mass mortgage, available to all our citizens who do not have their own housing, or need to improve their living conditions,” noted Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Nadezhda Bigun.
In particular, last week Ukrainians received 193 loans worth UAH 326 million under the eOselya program, including:
- 104 military personnel and security officials, 13 teachers, 17 doctors and 3 scientists received loans at 3% interest; 50 Ukrainians without their own home, 4 IDPs and 2 veterans received loans at 7% interest.
More often, loans were taken to purchase housing on the secondary market (143 loans) and from developers (34). Also, 16 Ukrainians took out loans to purchase an apartment in a building under construction.
Residents took out the most mortgage loans:
- Kyiv region – 52 ; the city of Kyiv – 39; Odessa region – 13; Volyn region – 11; Vinnytsia region – 10.
Remember
Today, both representatives of certain professions and citizens who do not own housing or want to improve its conditions can use the “єOselya” program.
For contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists, the preferential rate is 3% per annum. For other categories – combatants, veterans, IDPs, other citizens – the mortgage rate is 7%.
