Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal announced plans to issue about 12 thousand preferential mortgage loans under the eOselya program in 2024. The government portal writes about this.

“Already 7,600 Ukrainian families took advantage of this program. The majority are military personnel and employees of law enforcement agencies,” Shmygal said at a government meeting on March 1.
Shmygal added that the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for using funds for “Ukrfinzhitl” and, accordingly, the “eOselya” program for 2024. About UAH 1.5 billion is allocated for this.
The plans for the current year are to issue about 12 thousand preferential mortgage loans.
Today, both representatives of individual professions and and citizens who do not own housing or want to improve its conditions. For contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists, the preferential rate is 3% per annum. For other categories – combatants, veterans, IDPs, other citizens – the mortgage rate is 7%.
