Recall

The Ministry of Finance wrote that the Turkish telecommunications company Turkcell decided to sell the Ukrainian mobile operator lifecell to the French NJJ Capital.

In addition to the mobile operator , Turkcell is also selling a network of call centers (Global Bilgi LLC) and the mobile tower operator Ukrtauer LLC.

Later, the AMCU returned NJJ Capital’s application for the acquisition of the mobile operator lifecell (Lifecell LLC) and mobile tower operator Ukrtauer LLC due to non-compliance of documents with the requirements.

However, the Committee received a repeated appeal from DVL Telecom, part of the NJJ group. It is under consideration by the Committee.
