The Antimonopoly Committee granted Ukrnafta permission to concentrate the assets of the arrested Glusco gas stations. This is stated in the relevant order of the AMCU.

“Permission has been given to PJSC Ukrnafta to acquire a management share in the authorized capital of Glusko Retail LLC, which ensures an excess of 50 percent of the votes in the highest management body of the company,” says in the decision of the AMCU.
Similar decisions were made regarding the concentration of Glusko Ukraine and all related companies.

In September, the Cabinet of Ministers determined Ukrnafta is the manager of the assets of the company Glusco.
Ukrnafta remained the manager of the seized assets of Glusco, associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, and the assets of the Russian Tatneft, paying UAH 21 million as guaranteed payments.
