Over the past month, Ukrainians purchased about 1.4 thousand passenger cars imported from China. Ukravtoprom reports this.

How has demand changed
Compared to February 2023, demand for Chinese-made cars increased by 73%. Of this quantity: new – 1005 units. (+118%); used – 389 (+13%) units.
Cars of Chinese origin covered 18% of the February market of new cars.
In the used car segment, for the first time registered in Ukraine, the share of “Chinese” was 2%. The vast majority of passenger cars from China were electric cars – 86%.
What did Ukrainians choose in February
The most popular models of new cars of Chinese origin:
- VW ID.4 — 257 units; BYD Song Plus – 110 units; Honda eNS1 – 96 units; Nissan Ariya – 71 units; Honda M-NV – 49 units.
The most popular models of used cars from China:
- VW ID.4 – 120 units; Nissan Ariya – 37 units; Honda eNS1 – 31 units; Toyota BZ4X – 21 units; BYD Song Plus – 18 units.
