The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on online marriage registration via video communication in the “Diya” application. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
According to him, Ukrainians will be able to get married directly in the application. “This is especially true for military personnel and couples who are at a distance because of the war,” the minister said.

The marriage via video link will be carried out by a GRAGS employee, the documents can be witnessed by Diya. Signed.
“This will be a breakthrough in the sphere of public services, this does not exist anywhere in the world,” says the minister.
