The conscript's electronic account will appear on the database of the “Obereg” register of military personnel.
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Issues Ekaterina Chernogorenko previously stated that after the bill is signed, it will be enough to two months to finally deploy it.
A defender certificate will also be available in the office. This is the working title for an extract from the “Obereg” register about a person liable for military service.
“It will be uploaded in his office and will look like an electronic document with a QR code, similar to a COVID certificate,” noted Chernogorenko.< /p>

Chernorenko did not directly answer the question whether there will be subpoenas in the electronic office of a person liable for military service.
“Agendas are an issue that will be considered within the framework of the so-called “mobilization” law,” she said.
It is worth noting that the bill on mobilization may soon be submitted for second reading in the Supreme Court Rada.
