Nova Poshta has made free forwarding throughout Ukraine of parcels that are still on the way. Previously, the service was provided free of charge only within the city. This was reported by the company's press service.

Details
The forwarding service will be free if the shipment has not yet been delivered to its final destination – to a branch, post office or has not been handed over to the courier for delivery to an address.
Without payment, it will be possible to forward a parcel that is on its way:
- from a branch/parcel terminal/address to a branch/parcel terminal; If forwarded to an address, you will need to pay for delivery by courier.
You can order forwarding through the Nova Poshta mobile application or business account on the website.
How to use the forwarding service in the mobile application
- select the shipment that needs to be forwarded; select the “Forwarding” service; fill in information about the new delivery location; Click “Change delivery location”.
