Serbia provided Ukraine with a $32 million grant

The Government of Serbia in March 2024 provided Ukraine with a grant in the amount of $32.4 million. This is stated in the response of the National Bank of Ukraine, reports LIGA.net.

As the publication notes, the government has not previously reported that this country, supposedly loyal to Russia, is also helping Ukraine, although information on funding received from international partners is regularly published on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

So, in March 2024, the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine received about $9 billion in external funding.

Recall that Serbia did not join the sanctions against Russia, explaining this by its own economic, gas and oil connections with it.

At the same time, Serbia provided humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and did not block the sale of ammunition through intermediaries.
