Oschad is the first among all Ukrainian banks to launch a veteran loan program for micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) “Business 4.5.0”. This is stated in the bank's message.

Who can use it
A veteran or veteran woman (combatants), the family of a veteran (spouse) can use it spouse, children, parents), as well as an enterprise in which more than 30% of the personnel are veterans/combatants.
Loan program
Preferential lending for your own business or an active veteran business in the following years conditions:
- amount – up to UAH 5 million; term – up to 60 months; intended use – acquisition of fixed assets, renovation of premises, replenishment of working capital; preferential rate under the “Available loans 5-7-9%” program: for investment needs – 5-9%, for working capital – 13% or 4-8% (within the WNISEF program).
Lending for the purchase of a franchise (possible for borrowers without entrepreneurial experience) on the following conditions:
- only accredited franchisors; maximum loan term is 120 months; own capital – at least 30% of the project cost; amount – up to UAH 5 million; loan collateral (fixed assets).
Preferential tariff package for bank account servicing:
- no commission for account servicing until September 30, 2024; preferential tariff for money transfers.
Consultations and training:
- support at all stages of business development; free consultations with a personal manager; training programs and seminars.
