In the first quarter of 2024, the total number of successful electronic identifications carried out using the NBU BankID System amounted to 16.1 million, which is 16% more than in the previous quarter. This is currently the highest number of successful identifications in a quarter since the system began operating. This was reported by the NBU press service.

During the first quarter of 2024 to the system eight new subscribers – service providers – were connected. We are talking about non-bank financial institutions operating in the field of online lending.
Currently, the NBU BankID System has 142 participants: 38 identifier banks and 104 subscribers – service providers.
Remember that 99.9% of clients who have open bank accounts have the opportunity to access a wide range of remote services through the NBU BankID System. During a full-scale war, the NBU BankID system allows millions of Ukrainians to remotely receive public financial and other commercial services.
