The NBU punished A-Bank for not providing consumers with a loan passport in writing

The National Bank imposed a fine of 258 thousand on A-Bank for violating the requirements of the law on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. This was reported by the regulator's press service.

“The specified bank did not provide information to consumers before concluding consumer loan agreements in the form of a consumer loan passport in writing,” explained the National Bank.

The bank’s services are used more than 3.1 million clients. Last year, A-Bank increased the volume of lending to the population by 65% ​​(to UAH 7.9 billion).
