According to the results of work in 2023, Ukrposhta received a net loss of UAH 796 million, which is 37% less than a year earlier. This was reported by the company's press service.

At the same time, the income of the national postal operator last year increased by UAH 1.3 billion – to 11, UAH 6 billion.
Including income from national postal services increased by 18% compared to the same period in 2022 and amounted to UAH 6.5 billion. In particular, for the delivery of parcels and small packages – 34% of international postal exchange services – by 61%.
“Among the significant factors that had a negative impact on the company’s financial performance are delays in the approval of regulated tariffs and fulfillment of gratuitous obligations to support state social initiatives,” the message notes.
At the same time, in 2023, Ukrposhta continued to implement strategic investment projects, such as updating the logistics infrastructure, automating the network and strengthening it resistance to energy and communication interruptions, vehicle fleet modernization and replacement of critical IT systems.
