Ukrzaliznytsia is launching an updated website for purchasing train tickets in beta mode. This was reported by the company's press service.

“For passengers who are accustomed to buying tickets through the website, we have launched an updated product. Now, in the web version of the service for purchasing tickets, expanded and convenient functionality is available, including account verification through “Diya.Signature”. Thanks to the coordinated work of our IT team, the Passenger Company and partners, we continue the high-quality digitalization of services from Ukrzaliznytsia,” noted the Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia and Evgeniy Lyashchenko.
The following functions are available on the updated website:
- purchasing tickets for any train; including tickets for trains Kyiv – Warsaw and Kyiv – Vienna after account verification through “Diya. Signature”; refund of tickets for international flights after account verification; purchasing tickets for women's compartments; purchase of tickets with a discount for students; improved search for trips with transfers, including transfers within the train; opportunity to purchase additional tickets for your pet or luggage and find out the cost of these tickets before purchasing; cashless payment for tickets using Apple Pay and Google Pay; the ability to accumulate “hugs” under the “Iron Friends” loyalty program for tickets purchased through the site, with their subsequent exchange for affiliate offers in the application; access to an online table of train stations across the country.
Ukrzaliznytsia will implement a gradual transition from the old website to the new one for maximum comfort for all users.
