If there are no new massive attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector, there is a chance to avoid a blackout starting in the fall. The head of the board of Ukrenergo, Vladimir Kudrytsky, stated this on the air of the Ukrainskaya Pravda project.

According to him, in a week and a half the situation in the energy sector will begin to gradually improve.
“Already in September-October there is a good chance of avoiding blackouts. At least as massive and repeated as in July. That is, we need to be patient for some more time and we will see a certain improvement in the situation in the energy system,” Kudritsky noted.
He emphasized that such a scenario will be valid if there are no new attacks on the energy infrastructure.
